responsibilities
* lead cross‑functional product development projects with r&d, industrial design, quality and supply chain teams.
* coordinate go‑to‑market activities, including launch timing, training materials, and product documentation.
* monitor sales performance, profitability and product kpi's.
* align the global product strategy with local market requirements.
* ensure smooth communication between the head office and regional teams.
* drive activities to achieve sales, margin and inventory targets.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience as a product manager in household appliances, consumer electronics or durable goods.
* strong analytical skills in product, price and market analysis.
* advanced proficiency in excel, powerpoint and erp systems.
* ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work transversally.
* fluent in english.
