the bp&a; intermediate analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the business's core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.
responsibilities
- independently designs/analyzes complex reports to satisfy management requirements.
- writes detailed and complex specifications for new report programs, spreadsheets, or other devices.

qualifications
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
education
- bachelor's or university degree or equivalent experience.
funciones
- responsable de la planeación estratégica del gasto, optimización de costos y eficiencia operativa.
- liderar el ciclo presupuestal, análisis mensual financiero y elaboración de reportes ejecutivos para la dirección.
- administrar la plantilla de personal y sus movimientos, así como la gestión de los espacios físicos, garantizando lugares seguros y eficientes, impulsando iniciativas de mejora continua y uso óptimo de recursos financieros, humanos y materiales.
- manejo de información (mis), cifras control de gasto y hc de las direcciones de collections/credit initiation & ccm, insumo para las presentaciones a dirección.
- control y seguimiento del gasto de la dirección de credit.
- initiation, elaboración de forecast, presupuestos y planes de gasto/hc.
- elaboración de business case para órdenes de compra y solicitud de presupuesto.
- liderar reuniones con managers para generar acciones que ayuden a identificar y mitigar riesgos financieros.
- manejo de planta hc dando seguimiento y apoyo a las áreas operativas para la contratación/renovación y baja del personal externo, pago de incentivos y monitoreo de over/under staff.
- manejo de personal a cargo.
requisitos
- lic. Economía, finanzas, administración, contabilidad o afín.
- experiencia mínima de 2 años en funciones similares, manejo de base de datos, procesos contables y/o financieros.
- manejo de herramienta aps.
- experiencia en billings de facturación interna.
- manejo de bases de datos financieras.
- experiencia en análisis financiero.
- experiencia en facturación.
- experiencia en sistema full suite p2p, ffs, faem p2p, ffs faem, aps, ifw, gdw, baw, wave.
