- telemarketing
- support a variety of ongoing marketing campaigns through data gathering/verification, driving/verifying registration for events, and fulfilling campaign deliverables (e.g. sending white papers or brochures) as requested by marketing
- be the first point of contact for identified contacts from marketing activities, including campaigns, events, website chat, and toll-free number
- dispatch open leads for validation and qualification by inside sales and digital sales team
lead qualification
- ensure screening on contact based on reliable information
- transform open lead into qualified leads
- check contact & site information
- identify the needs and customers business drivers - direct customer or partner contact
- qualify leads by providing & justifying mandatory information as per leverage process
- reject or assign them to the relevant sales team (ds or partner)
- manage lead qualification according agreed ola (by channel)
- ensure other stakeholders (marketing, sales team) are successfully managing the leads according the ola
- brand specific inside sales: for identified brands dedicated inside sales team qualify leads based on specific brand leads (domain of interest)
- participate to pipeline management on a weekly cadence
business development
- in ds-driven marketing business stream and field sales engagement business stream, proactively identify and contact prospects based on marketing and sales initiatives.focus on outbound campaigns in current gtm3/3p and unassigned territory to find new business opportunities
- focus on outbound campaigns targeting gtm1/gtm1p/gtm2/gtm2p customers with geo validation
- drive attendees to events and webinars, provide digital sales with list for follow up, ensure seamless transition
- transform identified contacts from outbound campaigns into open leads
*your success factors?*
- bachelor's degree
- business development or telemarketing: 0-2 years’ experience in sales and/or it/ software solutions
- ds company & customer knowledge preferred
- customer focus
- peer cooperation - team player
- remote sales (by phone)
- sales process and tools
- strong verbal and written communication & negotiation skills effective communication & negotiation
- technical knowledge management preferred
