iyuno is currently seeking an manager of finance that has strong communication and customer service skills. An ideal candidate will have previous finance, accounts receivable and payable experience, tenacity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
responsabilities
lead finance function ensuring timely billing, collections, and follow up for the region.
* hands on management of the finance department
* oversee and generate large volumes of customer invoices based on po's, quotes, and other client agreements, researching discrepancies as needed
* coordinate weekly unbilled report ensuring controllable unbilled ar is held to a reasonable level.
* assist with monthly and year-end closes and audits, adhering to corporate deadlines
* work with sales and client operations teams to ensure all documents are received in compliance with sox prior to invoicing
* compile, sort, and audit documents such as po's, quotes,
and other reports generated from our production system
* generate data exports from multiple software and perform analysis to compare and combine data into a readable and usable report, for billing and reconciliation purposes
* use advanced excel functions to analyse data
* other projects as assigned by director of finance.
qualifications
* previous manager experience preferred.
* general office/administrative experience; billing or other accounting/ finance related experience
* bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field preferred, but not required if there is previous finance/accounting experience.
* advanced knowledge with microsoft excel
* experience with financial accounting packages such as business central preferred
* must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
* must have ability to follow up frequently and professionally.
* strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, accurate and detail-oriented
* ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and deliver to deadlines
* strong team player
* ability to maintain a high level of efficiency, confidentiality and ethics
* an interest in the entertainment industry is a plus
