Role purpose
as a business delivery manager within the international wealth and private banking transformation team, you will work closely with stakeholders across value streams, products and propositions, technology, risk, operations, and other teams to deliver solutions that meet business outcomes through innovative initiatives and programs.
your responsibilities include leading planning, coordination, and delivery of change initiatives across agile teams, supporting the transformation value stream lead. You will be accountable for onboarding initiatives, managing administrative duties such as creating lean business cases, facilitating working groups, overseeing financial and risk management, governance, reporting, and documentation.
you will support the business in translating product vision and roadmap into actionable work items, clarifying what needs to be done, in what order, and how to measure success.
principal accountabilities and responsibilities
* deliver defined backlogs across agile teams or business value streams, developing plans considering delivery approach, milestones, dependencies, scope, effort, resources, budgets, and quality.
* plan effectively around delivery constraints, optimize plans to maximize benefits, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions.
* manage scope, requirements, benefits, schedule, and budget as per business transformation frameworks, intervening when deviations occur.
* monitor project execution to identify and address risks and issues promptly, escalating to senior stakeholders as necessary.
* coordinate change & implementation activities, including impact assessments, go to market planning, communications, training, operational readiness, pilot management, migration, customer launch, governance, hyper care support, and handover to business as usual.
* oversee project closure and transition activities to ensure successful handover.

* build positive stakeholder relationships, providing updates and resolving issues affecting the project.
* secure buy-in from sponsors and stakeholders for project plans and changes.
* foster a collaborative team environment that supports and encourages team members.
