We’re looking for talented and motivated individuals, including recent graduates, for a role in B2B Sales / E-commerce. Proactively identify high-potential sellers across Mexico through market analysis and field research 
Build trusted partnerships with local manufacturers, distributors and industry associations 
Become a Growth Architect 
Develop customized growth strategies to increase sellers' GMV through: 
Data-driven product selection 
Traffic acquisition tactics (social media ads/SEO/KOL collaboration) 
Promotional campaign planning (seasonal sales/launch events) 
Serve as Operational Partner 
Guide sellers through platform onboarding: SKU optimization, listing creation, logistics setup 
Provide weekly performance reviews with actionable improvement plans 
Fluent professional English (written and spoken) 
Bachelor’s degree (or recent graduate) in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related fields 
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and basic data analysis capability 
Experience in B2B sales or e-commerce are a big plus
