role
the sales and marketing manager at amanvari is responsible for driving revenue by actively identifying, soliciting, and securing business from key leisure and inbound travel industry partners. This role focuses on the development and execution of targeted sales and marketing strategies to increase market presence and demand.
the manager is accountable for generating resort awareness through direct sales efforts, digital outreach, in-person sales events, trade shows, networking activities, and the development of strategic partnerships. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, managing leads, and converting opportunities into confirmed business.
responsibilities
* proactively identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
* develop and implement sales action plans with clearly defined, measurable targets, and provide regular performance reporting.
* collaborate in the preparation of customized proposals and contractual agreements tailored to client needs.
* support the director of sales and marketing with daily operational responsibilities and special projects as required.
* track, analyze, and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and relevant market intelligence.
* assist with resort activations, travel trade and media visits, site inspections, and the coordination of guest and partner experiences.
* support integrated marketing campaigns and contribute to the development of marketing collateral, including digital assets, brochures, website content, and social media materials.

requirements
* must possess strong communication and active listening skills, with excellent verbal, reading, and writing proficiency in both english and spanish.
* bachelor's degree required.
* minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing within luxury hospitality; a proven sales track record is considered an asset.
* demonstrated expertise in direct sales and strategic marketing initiatives.
* highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
