* educate and sell our products to current and new accounts using phone, text, chat, and email.
* guide customers through training, product education and learning.
* understand customer needs and provide consultative solutions.
* support high levels of customer satisfaction through interactions cross-departmental.
* maintain accurate records and reporting in ms office systems, ringcentral and others.
qualifications / skills
* prior sales, customer service, or call center experience (1+ years).
* excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in both english and spanish.
* strong phone presence and quick connection skills.
* proficient in writing and accurate typing. Energetic and self-motivated.
* quick learner and adaptable. Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
* comfortable with technology.
* positive attitude and passion for helping both customers and team members.
