responsibilities

the opportunity

strategically manage the procurement process for technology goods and services (hardware, software, it services), ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, cost savings, and alignment with business objectives. Additionally, oversee the proper administration of service contracts for the mexico market.

your impact

as an indirect procurement coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

- designing and executing the it procurement plan based on the needs of the it department.
- identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with vendors specializing in technology solutions.
- coordinating bids, contracts, and purchase orders for it products and services.
- collaborating with internal departments such as finance, legal, and technology to ensure aligned purchasing decisions.
- maintaining an up-to-date database of suppliers and contracts.
- managing risks associated with technology procurement (e.g., obsolescence, compatibility, security).
- ensuring compliance with internal policies and local/international regulations.

qualifications

- bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, information systems, or a related field.

experience

- 3+ years of experience in procurement.
