Provide support to the project management office (pmo) in the execution and monitoring of technology initiatives, ensuring accurate tracking, structured reporting, and basic analysis of project data to enable visibility and informed decision-making. Responsibilitiessupport the tracking of multiple technology initiatives running in parallel. Maintain and update project status, deliverables, timelines, and milestones. Consolidate information from cross-functional teams (business, it, vendors). Prepare and maintain status reports and project documentation. Assist in analyzing project data (kpis, progress, performance metrics). Identify basic risks, issues, or deviations and escalate them appropriately. Track action items, risks, and dependencies. Support the preparation of executive presentations and reports. Document meeting minutes, agreements, and next steps.
