key responsibilities:
1. generation and development of pricing indicators:
o create and refine pricing indicators, including quotations, closed won, and closed lost opportunities.
o analyze pricing trends to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
2. tracking and validation of registered information:
o ensure accurate tracking and validation of information from opportunity request to account implementation.
o collaborate closely with execution and procurement teams to ensure a successful go live.
3. monitoring committed volumes:
o monitor committed volumes and work with internal teams to develop action plans to recover volumes if necessary.
o generate reports on volume trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
4. validation of new customer implementation process:
o validate the implementation process for new customers to ensure seamless integration.
o identify and address any issues that may arise during the implementation phase.
5. record keeping and analysis of rfqs:
o maintain a comprehensive record of all rfqs (requests for quotation) received.
o analyze rfqs that were closed lost or those we could not participate in due to company limitations.
o conduct analysis of the most frequently requested routes to identify potential areas for growth.
6. profitability measurement:
o measure profitability by comparing offered prices versus operating costs.
o provide detailed profitability reports to support financial planning and strategy.
7. additional responsibilities:
o develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
o continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.

as for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:
* bachelor’s degree in foreign trade, business administration, or similar careers required.
* 1-2 years of experience in procurement, pricing, or operations in the logistics industry (international road transport), preferred.
* analytical and strategic thinking.
* process optimization driven & project management (preferred)
* displays leadership skills, inspires respect and trust; mobilizes others to achieve project objectives.
* organization skills and detail oriented.
* software skills: excel advanced (mandatory). Power bi (preferred).
* advanced english level.
