in this role at equivity, you'll support the procedures necessary for a successful sale. Your contributions will help us streamline processes, ensure efficiency, and maintain compliance, which will ultimately drive our success and growth in the industry.
*what you’ll do*:
- assist in generating and qualifying leads, including data entry, crm management, and follow-up.
- conduct telemarketing activities, including cold calling, to identify potential clients and generate interest in our services.
- coordinate the preparation, review, and execution of transaction documents, contracts, and agreements.
- develop and maintain standardized processes and workflows to streamline lead management, client onboarding, and transaction coordination.
- ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and office policies related to documentation and record-keeping.
- collaborate with brokers and business analysts to refine and enhance business processes, identifying areas for optimization and automation.

*what we’re looking for*:
- proven experience in an administrative assistant or similar role, with a focus on telemarketing, sales, or cold calling.
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- proficiency in crm systems and data management.
- knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to sales documentation.
- ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- experience with cloud-based platforms
- strong knowledge of crms
- adaptability and flexibility
- proficiency with project management tools

*what we offer*:
- work schedule: monday to friday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm.
- $14,000 to $16,000 pesos per month
