* adaptability: you enjoy the "switch" between deep-focus course building and fast-paced marketing deadlines.
* familiarity with crm and prm ecosystems (e.g., hubspot, kiflo).
responsibilities & activities
1. technical training & education
o curriculum development: design and maintain comprehensive training programs, including slide decks, training videos, and certification paths.
o live instruction: lead webinars and virtual (or in-person) workshops for clients and internal teams.
o knowledge base management: keep documentation and "how-to" videos up to date as the product evolves.
2. content creation
o product evangelism: translate technical jargon into compelling value propositions for blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.
o multimedia production: script, record, and edit high-impact product demos and "quick tip" series that capture attention on social media and in sales pitches.
o growth enablement: partner with marketing and sales to build technical toolkits - such as comparison guides and feature deep-dives that accelerate the closing of complex deals.
