*job title:* traffic analyst
this is a critical role that requires a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills to ensure seamless delivery operations across all business units.
key responsibilities:
* drive continuous improvement in daily shipping operations across each business unit.
* work closely with distribution center supervisors to ensure all deliveries are shipped on time.
* monitor and update the open delivery report to ensure timely post goods issue (pgi) at the end of each day.
* support customer service with any shipping requirements to ensure timely dispatch of requested materials.
* ensure all requests from customer service, planning, and related teams are addressed promptly.
* perform weekly analysis to drive delivery shipping performance.
* hold authority to stop or cancel any exportation process if issues are detected before dispatch.
* execute other shipping-related tasks as assigned by the distribution manager.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree completed in logistics or international business, preferred.
* 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar logistics or traffic-related position.
* fluent in english (written and spoken).
* basic knowledge of transportation and shipping processes.
* proficient in sap.
* strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* capable of analyzing missed shipments and ensuring document accuracy.
