Reporting to achilles’ head of marketing - southern europe & latam, and working closely with the regional director, latam, this role is focused on developing and executing multi-channel account-based marketing campaigns to grow our latam customer base and expand our footprint on existing accounts.
this role is responsible for marketing for the latam region with particular emphasis on mexico.
this role is an advocate and champion for raising the bar and implementing best in class account-based marketing (abm) techniques and tools to constantly drive improvement. Working closely with sales teams, this role identifies target accounts and creates highly focused marketing campaigns to build awareness, create demand, and support the generation of new revenue streams.
this role is the main marketing point of contact for the latam region. It works closely with global marketing and other regional marketing managers as well as the regional director and their team.
marketing plans will cover a comprehensive range of channels and media to attract, retain and engage with customers throughout their lifecycle. From lead generation to retention activities, marketing activities will engage with our key external stakeholders and drive business value.
this role is based in mexico. We offer a flexible mix of office and home working. A minimum of 2 days a week will be required in the office.
responsibilities
- strategy: creating and executing impactful multi-touch account-based marketing plans that focus on demand generation and deal acceleration within our most important industry sectors, prospects and existing customers to help achieve sales revenue goals across the region. - gtm: researching specific industry sectors, organisations and personas to produce the most effective messages, channels content and materials by sector and country including customised collateral to support the sales team across the entire sales cycle. - events: planning and executing events under the achilles live brand and managing achilles attendance at relevant third-party events as required (round tables, conferences, breakfast meetings, webinars) to achieve marketing goals. - content marketing – working with the wider achilles team of esg and carbon experts to develop impactful content that drives market engagement and our seo performance. - web: maintaining an impactful regional web presence that leverages centrally produced content, aligns to regional regulatory developments and trends, and leverages business activities including relevant product launches, business wins and other initiatives. - sales enablement: developing strong relationships with new sales, account teams and customers. Acting as the link between the sales team and marketing, ensuring external materials meet brand requirements and messaging is consistent. - roi: reviewing and adjusting plans and activities to achieve maximum impact and measure and report on the impact of marketing campaigns to support overall account and business goals. - project and budget management: working to agreed timescales and within agreed budget limits and maintaining budgetary control across all latam marketing activity.
qualifications
- marketing or business-related degree or professional marketing qualification - excellent working knowledge of microsoft suite - excellent copywriting skills - excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills - creative thinking - strong communication and interpersonal skills - ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously - excellent understanding of the sales cycle - adobe creative suite knowledge preferred - knowledge of hubspot preferred

- 5+ years of marketing experience - proven track record of building successful abm campaigns preferred - experience of working closely with international colleagues and sales teams - proven track record of working closely with sales teams to achieve business targets - experience of event planning – round tables, conferences, steering and focus groups - experience in collaboration/working with external agencies and partners
