Aftersales business development coordinator

We're looking for a strategic and data-driven professional to join out team as an aftersales business developement coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional enviroments, enjoys working with distributors, and is passionate about driving commercial growth and customer loyalty throught smart execution.

key responsibilities:

* manage and optimize aftersales reporting by analyzing data quality, developing kpi tracking methodologies, and delivering insights to support strategic decision making.
* coordinate and document national aftersales committee sessions, ensuring follow up on strategic actions.
* execute commercial initiatives to develop new business opportunities, aligning strategies with the dealer network and monitoring implementation.
* lead fleet related commercial initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives across the network.
* analyze pricing competitiveness for parts and services, evaluating market data and proposing adjustments to improve profitability.
* manage service packages and promotional campaigns in collaboration with dealers to boost sales of parts and maintenance services.
* oversee aftersales budget execution, applying financial optimization strategies and coordinating with operational teams to meet financial goals without compromising customer experience.
* develop crm and relationship marketing tactics with internal teams and dealers to strengthen customer loyalty.
* implement process standardization initiatives in auto body & paint operations, establishing performance indicators and monitoring collision business results.

requirements:

* bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field
* 3 5 years of experience in aftersales, commercial strategy, crm, or financial analysis
* strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
* experience working with dealer networks or multi site operations
* proficiency in excel and data visualization tools
* solid understanding of kpis, pricing strategies, and customer loyalty programs
* excellent communication and cross functional coordination skills
* strategic mindset with hands on execution capabilities
* advanced english proficiency (spoken and written)
