A global brand accelerator and investment firm is seeking a hands-on, data-driven, and creative growth marketing manager to lead the charge in scaling their direct-to-consumer (dtc) ecommerce brands, including drinkmaw.com and onirest.com. They partner with high-potential consumer businesses, fueling their expansion through data-driven strategy, world-class marketing, and operational excellence. The growth marketing manager will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing the growth systems that drive the business forward, from full-funnel conversion rate optimization (cro) to sophisticated lifecycle and retention marketing. Working directly with company leadership, you will define, own, and iterate on the marketing blueprint that fuels our future success. What you'll do full-funnel cro & growth experimentation develop and manage a rigorous a/b testing and experimentation roadmap covering the entire customer journey, including advertisements, landing pages, product detail pages (pdps), checkout funnels, and post-purchase experiences. Continuously analyze funnel performance data to identify key drop-off points, diagnose issues, and uncover opportunities for optimization. Own the end-to-end cro process, from hypothesis generation and test implementation to analysis and reporting, with a clear focus on improving key metrics like conversion rate (cvr), average order value (aov), and customer lifetime value (ltv). Lifecycle & retention marketing (email & sms) architect, build, and manage all automated communication flows within klaviyo, such as welcome series, cart and site abandonment sequences, post-purchase education, and customer win-back campaigns. Plan, write, and execute weekly email and sms marketing campaigns, leveraging advanced segmentation to deliver personalized and relevant content. Focus on growing our subscriber lists while optimizing engagement, deliverability, and maximizing revenue per recipient. Conversion-focused copywriting & content write compelling, direct-response copy for a variety of assets, including landing pages, advertisements, email campaigns, and product descriptions, with the primary goal of driving customer action. Understand the customer avatar for each brand and develop a consistent brand voice that resonates with our target audience. Collaborate on creating educational content that positions our brands as category experts, builds customer trust, and supports seo efforts. Maintain and present a weekly growth report that clearly details key performance indicators (kpis) such as cost per acquisition (cpa), return on ad spend (roas), cvr, and ltv. Translate raw data and test results into an actionable "hypothesis → test → result → action" framework to guide strategic decisions and budget allocation. Develop and continuously update a "growth playbook" that documents all successful strategies, test learnings, and standard operating procedures. What you need 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a growth-focused marketing role for a direct-to-consumer (dtc) ecommerce brand. Deep, demonstrable expertise with klaviyo, including building complex automated flows, advanced segmentation, and campaign analysis. A proven track record of significantly improving conversion rates and other key ecommerce metrics through a structured, data-driven experimentation process (cro, a/b testing). Strong understanding of conversion copywriting principles with a portfolio or examples of copy that have successfully driven sales. An analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in shopify analytics, google analytics (ga4), and experience using data to inform marketing strategy. Experience managing and optimizing paid media budgets on platforms such as meta (facebook/instagram), google ads, or tiktok. Nice to have: experience with subscription-based ecommerce business models. Familiarity with dedicated landing page builders (e.g., unbounce, replo, shogun) and headless commerce concepts. Background in influencer or affiliate marketing program management. Experience with customer survey tools and qualitative data analysis to inform marketing strategy. Knowledge of technical seo principles as they apply to shopify stores. Salary & perks this is a full-time, long-term position.
