Job summary
we are seeking a highly skilled sap financial and controlling expert with a minimum of five years of experience.
the ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting financial and controlling modules in an sap ecc 6.0 environment.
key responsibilities:
* financial accounting (fi):
o lead the configuration of core fi modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset accounting.
o design and implement solutions for new charts of accounts, company codes, and legal entities.
o manage and execute month-end and year-end closing activities within sap.
o handle integration points between fi and other sap modules like sales and distribution and materials management.
* controlling (co):
o configure and support controlling modules such as cost center accounting, profit center accounting, internal orders, and product costing.
o perform period-end closing activities in co, including allocations and settlements.
o develop and maintain profitability analysis reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
* business analysis & support:
o analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
o provide expert-level support for financial and controlling issues, troubleshooting errors and leading root cause analysis.
o train end-users and create documentation for new processes and functionalities.
* project management:
o participate in project planning, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
o work closely with project managers, technical teams, and business users to meet project goals and deadlines.
