*job description*:
*responsibilities*:
- make outbound calls to prospective educators or leads using provided scripts and contact lists.
- clearly communicate the value of our programs and answer basic questions.
- maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in crm system.
- meet daily and monthly call quotas and performance targets.
- follow up with interested contacts to guide them through next steps.
- handle inbound calls when needed and redirect inquiries appropriately.
qualifications:
- previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales preferred
- excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
- basic computer proficiency and familiarity with windows basics like excel and word, and preferably on crm tools as well
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- six months or more experience in sales/lead creation/lead qualifying
- good data entry/keyboard skills
- familiar with office rules/office environment
- advanced english level (b2+/above
