- conduct comprehensive data analysis to support managed market and brand analytics initiatives.
- utilize advanced statistical techniques to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and improve performance.
- perform kpi-assessment and rationalization to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- execute exploratory data analysis (eda) to uncover trends and patterns in large datasets.
- manage and analyze incentive compensation data to ensure accurate and fair distribution.
- calculate roi for various projects and initiatives to determine their financial viability.
- develop and implement demand forecasting models for retail operations.
- create and maintain complex excel spreadsheets to track and analyze data.
- write and optimize sql scripts to extract and manipulate data from databases.
- prepare and deliver presentations using ms powerpoint to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- work collaboratively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office tasks effectively.
- ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analyses and reports.
*qualifications*
- must have strong technical skills in managed market brand analytics sales and marketing statistics kpi-assessment and rationalization eda incentive compensation management roi calculation retail demand forecasting ms excel sql scripting and ms powerpoint.
- experience in the utilities domain is a plus.
- must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- must have strong communication and presentation skills.
