Applies specialist knowledge in performing and reviewing specific processes and procedures within and across departments, to support achievement of divisional and corporate goals. Participates/leads in the design, development, and implementation of processes within area of expertise.


job description:

under general supervision, the incumbent collaborates with regulatory, legal, brokers, and local authorities to establish rules for gemini and manage regulatory changes. The role ensures alignment with business priorities during roll-out and supports communication efforts to all involved departments. It supports daily ops operations and acts as the main liaison with other support departments. The role also coordinates and oversees all aspects of the change process to ensure smooth implementation without disruptions. Responsibilities include resource planning, providing input for gap analysis, performing user acceptance testing, developing and providing training and troubleshooting support to end-users, and providing go live hyper care support to ensure adherence to global standards. Additionally, the role maintains communication with end users regarding problem resolution and system updates, establishing a network between end users and regional/global teams. It provides the project team with critical insights into potential change impacts on end users and plans resources required to achieve target user productivity levels. Performs other duties as required.

ground operations; air network; road network; clearance operations: leads the on-site implementation and support of key strategic initiatives across multiple facilities. Assists project teams in facilitating communication with facility management, district staff, and impacted field employees to ensure the completion of tasks critical to project success. Monitors progress of key initiatives across facilities, ensuring compliance with procedures and standards.


minimum requirements:

minimum education: bachelor's degree or equivalent. Language proficiency in english.

minimum experience: three (3) years' experience in customs and program management activities, with knowledge of local regulations.


knowledge, skills, and abilities:

proficiency in computer applications including electronic spreadsheets; presentation skills; project management skills; influencing and persuasion skills; written and verbal communication skills; problem-solving skills.
