the role requires strict deadlines management, strong focus on detail and quality of deliverables (internal reports and presentations for senior leadership teams); ramp up quickly the learning curve to understand amex business model, kpis, financials and sources of information.
teamwork and collaboration attitude are a must.
day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- centralize several planning activities ranging from acquisition performance analysis to building executive views/summaries for the vp.
- reporting includes building and consulting data from tableau.
- produce executive presentations for the vp with top quality in formatting, wording, and data accuracy.
- understand axp and its processes.
needs to communicate clearly, lead conversations and demonstrate proactivity for timely escalations.
*preferred qualifications*
- advanced english.
- bachelor's degree required, preferably in a quantitative field (e.g., economics, finance, statistics, data analytics, engineering).
- 1 year of related work experience.
- preferred sql/python programing skills.
- strong at building/telling a story through presentations (essential).
- detail-oriented.
- strong relationship management skills.
- effective at driving collaboration, influencing, and working with cross functional partners at all levels.
- excellent communication skills.
- ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and manage multiple deadlines.
