* collaborate with business leaders to identify training needs and develop customized learning programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

* provide guidance and support to employees on career development, performance management, and conflict resolution.

key responsibilities:

* lead the annual performance review and employee development plan process.

* monitor and maintain accurate records of employee data, including training plans, performance evaluations, and personnel actions.

* ensure facility compliance with all applicable company policies, state and federal laws, and collective bargaining agreement.

* maintain a positive working relationship with local union representatives and resolve any potential issues that may arise.

requirements:

* bachelor's degree in human resources, social sciences, or related field of study.

* professional hr certification is highly preferred.
">
* bilingual, spanish and english required. Advanced skill of english preferred.

* 5 years of experience with progressive human resource responsibility.

* 2 years of experience in leading human resource teams preferred.
