requirements:
* 3–5 years of experience in hr operations, people & engagement, or project coordination roles.
* experience working with hr systems, spreadsheets, and collaborative digital tools.
* strong understanding of core hr processes such as onboarding, offboarding, records management, and time‑off tracking.
* excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* strong analytical mindset with comfort handling hr data and operational reporting.
* excellent english communication skills, with the ability to explain hr processes clearly to non‑hr stakeholders.
* proven ability to work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
