🛠️ Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for BPS and/or IT profiles, ensuring quality, speed, and an excellent candidate experience.
* Handle a high volume of requisitions simultaneously, effectively prioritizing based on business needs.
* Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and stakeholders, understanding requirements, providing market insights, and proposing talent solutions.
* Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external clients in both English and Spanish.
* Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and timelines.
* Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team, sharing best practices and contributing to team objectives.
* Quickly adapt to new processes, tools, and organizational changes within a dynamic environment.
* Work efficiently under pressure, meeting SLAs, recruitment metrics, and hiring targets.
✅ Required Experience & Skills
* Proven Talent Acquisition experience within large, global organizations.
* Strong experience recruiting BPS and/or IT profiles.
* Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of hiring requirements.
* Excellent stakeholder and customer management capabilities.
* Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
* Strong teamwork mindset with open and transparent communication.
* High adaptability and comfort with evolving processes.
* Minimum of 6 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
