You’ll own the tele‑sales process end‑to‑end — from managing closers and optimizing conversions to developing strategies that increase customer lifetime value and retention. Responsibilities lead, coach, and manage a team of e‑commerce tele‑sales closers focused on upselling and cross‑selling to existing customers. Develop and execute e‑commerce tele‑sales strategies to increase revenue, average order value, and repeat purchase rates. Monitor daily tele‑sales performance, ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds targets. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to refine sales scripts, offers, and follow‑up sequences. Build and maintain a high‑performance sales culture rooted in accountability, customer connection, and results. Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and training needs. Report kpis, conversion rates, and pipeline forecasts to leadership on a weekly basis. What you bring 4–6 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a tele‑sales management or team lead capacity. Proven success in ecommerce or dtc sales (experience in skincare, beauty, or health industry preferred). Strong understanding of sales funnels, crm systems (hubspot, klaviyo, or similar), and performance metrics. Exceptional leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
