Strategic business growth manager
we are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to drive sales growth in our mexico city sales team. This individual contributor role will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, as well as ensuring the success of our logistics solutions in the region.
key responsibilities:
* develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
* leverage personal and industry resources to develop and maintain relationships with local clients, fostering long-term partnerships and driving business growth.
* identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients to drive revenue growth.
* manage key accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and building long-term partnerships.
* collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with company goals.
* monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead in the industry.
* track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide recommendations for improvement to drive business growth.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field.
* minimum of 3 years of experience in sales ecommerce/3pl/contract logistics industries.
* strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions is highly preferred.
* excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
