what are the main activities?
the senior analyst will play a key role in supporting the marketing science team across multiple workstreams. This includes:

* developing and managing reporting solutions.
* performing quality assurance checks on data.
* cleansing and manipulating large datasets.
* creating/supporting insightful reports and actionable analyses aligned with measurement strategies.
* supporting marketing mix modeling (mmm) projects.
* communicating findings with internal and external stakeholders.
* supporting other ad hoc projects as needed.

what are we looking for?

* media data expertise: strong background in digital media data, with the ability to interpret and explain core media metrics (ctr, cpc, cpm, cpv, vcr, etc.) without training.
* excel: intermediate to advanced (pivot tables, lookups, logical formulas, basic automation/macros a plus).
* powerpoint: intermediate (building clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations).
* tableau: intermediate to advanced (data connections, dashboard building, calculated fields, and insights generation).
* data handling: strong ability to clean, manipulate, and qa datasets for accuracy.
* time management: proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* communication: strong written and verbal communication skills in english.

this is the pay range the company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), healthcare flexible spending account, dependent care flexible spending account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and std/ltd insurance benefits.

compensation range

$30,550 - $30,550 usd

this role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
