We are seeking a skilled and proactive business analyst (ba) to support the development and modernization of business applications using microsoft 365 tools. The ba will work closely with a team of developers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business units and the technical team, with a focus on solutions built on power platform, sharepoint online, teams, and other m365 tools.key responsibilities:partner with internal stakeholders to understand business goals, current workflows, and future needs.translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories for the development team.facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather and validate requirements.support the m365 developer team in designing solutions that are scalable, efficient, and user-friendly.collaborate with developers, testers, and business users throughout the development lifecycle.document current and future state processes, data flows, and business rules.assist in user acceptance testing (uat), training documentation, and change management efforts.support backlog grooming and sprint planning activities in an agile or hybrid delivery model.requirements:3–5+ years of experience as a business analyst working with it and business teams.familiarity with microsoft 365 tools, especially power platform (power apps, power automate, power bi), sharepoint online, and teams.experience gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements for enterprise applications.strong understanding of business process analysis and reengineering techniques.excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including developers and non-technical business users.experience supporting software development projects, ideally with exposure to agile or iterative methodologies.preferred qualifications:experience supporting m365 or sharepoint solution development projects.basic familiarity with tools like visio, jira, azure devops, or similar.understanding of workflow automation or form design in power platform or nintex.
