are you passionate about exceeding goals and driving growth? As an account executive at astute, you'll manage core accounts while expanding our client base with innovative solutions. Your focus will be on achieving and surpassing individual and team gross profit (gp) targets. This position offers the flexibility to adjust your schedule after acclimating and achieving success.
*responsibilities*:
- utilize market research and lead qualification techniques to identify high-potential customers and highlight the benefits of astute's value-added services.
- manage and cultivate core accounts while developing new ones to exceed gp goals.
- qualify opportunities, select suppliers, and adjust pricing strategies based on market trends.
- take ownership of meeting customer delivery commitments and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- negotiate pricing within your territory to optimize sales performance and meet targets.
- maintain and monitor metrics, collaborate with the team, and strive to achieve individual gp targets.

- proven experience in conducting outbound calls to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.

- high school diploma or equivalent.
- must be fluent in spanish-english; portuguese-french is a plus.
