Job description
* engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for identity lifecycle and access management features.
* partner with technology leadership to define project scope and proactively identify requirement-related risks and dependencies.
* facilitate structured discussions with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements documents (brds); validate it with business stakeholders.
* collaborate with architects and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
* create user stories, epics, and tasks in jira or azure devops in collaboration with technical leads.
* serve as a liaison between business and development teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
* act as subject matter expert (sme) for mcdonald's custom iam application and iam concepts.
* collaborate with qa/testing teams to support defect analysis, triage, and resolution.
* support user acceptance testing (uat) and coordinate with business teams for validation.
* operate within agile scrum frameworks; familiarity with agile architecture principles is preferred.
* maintain strong communication and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
qualifications required skills & experience
* 5+ years of experience in business analysis or business technical analyst roles, preferably in iam or security domains.
* strong understanding of iam concepts (identity lifecycle, rbac, abac, mfa, consent management).
* excellent english communication skills (written and verbal).
* proven ability to coordinate across business and technical teams.
* experience with jira or azure devops for user story and feature management.
* familiarity with asp.net applications and azure platform (no coding required).
* experience with iam tools like sailpoint or saviynt is a plus.
* experience working in an agile environment.
* basic understanding of cloud computing and identity governance. (no coding required)
preferred qualifications
* knowledge of active directory (ad), microsoft entra id, virtual directory services (vds).
* experience in hr system integrations for identity feeds.
* strong analytical and documentation skills.
