what will your functions be?
profesional con experiencia comprobada en la gestión integral de operaciones logísticas en los tres principales modos de transporte: aéreo, marítimo y terrestre. Capaz de coordinar cargas de distinta naturaleza (general, peligrosa, perecedera, sobredimensionada, etc.) asegurando cumplimiento operativo, atención al cliente de alto nivel y manejo de sistemas internos/externos.
what are we looking for?
* coordinar y ejecutar embarques aéreos, marítimos y terrestres, tanto de importación como exportación.
* asegurar el cumplimiento de kpis logísticos (on time delivery, otif, lead time, cumplimiento documental, entre otros).
* generar y dar seguimiento a reportes de embarques, incidencias y cierres operativos.
* ingresar y mantener actualizada toda la información del embarque en el sistema interno
* coordinar con agentes de carga, transportistas, navieras, líneas aéreas, aduanas y otros actores clave.
* brindar atención personalizada y de calidad al cliente, anticipándose a problemas y ofreciendo soluciones rápidas y eficientes.
* garantizar el cumplimiento de regulaciones aduaneras y normativas vigentes nacionales e internacionales.
* participar en juntas operativas, revisiones de desempeño y propuestas de mejora continua
