*responsibilities*:
this role will be responsible for compensation projects as well as providing employee support activities to develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits policies & programs.
- leads in the development of annual salary structures, compensation analyses ;
- leads annual merit increases, distribution & analysis;
- leads in compensation and benefit surveys to analyze the company’s position to market and competitiveness;
- reviews and provides consultation on compensation analyses such as market adjustments;
- conducts job evaluation and provide salary proposal esp. for senior level positions.
- daily administration of saving fund;
- loans registration and management of saving found;
- medical insurance administration and support to employees(for both major & minor medical);
- life insurance administration and support to employees;
- ensure prompt and clear communication to employees reg. saving fund, medical expenses and life insurance etc.
- participation in onboarding process & attention to employees
*qualifications*:
- bachelor degree in human resources management, business administration, finance, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience;
- skilled in using tress systems, and office software;
- well understanding of mexican labor laws and tax regulations;
- strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate with various departments;
- fluency in english;
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
