* this is a customer-facing role that requires polish, poise, and strong networking skills within the industry. You will need to be able to bring order to ambiguity and moderate between conflicting points of view.
key responsibilities:
* help solutions architects with project deployment of tms for fortune 500 clients.
* participate in discovery sessions and help create functional/technical designs.
* assist with requirement elicitation sessions, design sessions, and technical design documentation.
* participate in and execute sits/uats, provide hypercare, and go-live support.
* be a trusted advisor to customers.
