Market access director role
this role focuses on developing and executing market access strategies to ensure optimal pricing, reimbursement, and access for our portfolio of products.
responsibilities:
* develops local value access, pricing, and health economics research (vap&heor) strategies and goals that are aligned with global access strategies and objectives.
* leads the execution of vap&heor strategy in main institutions such as imss, issste, imss bienestar, and decentralized institutions.
* responsible for sales at the public institutional and private channels.
* builds and maintains excellent stakeholder networks and relationships internally and externally to develop key insights and advance business objectives.
* monitors and analyzes changes in the healthcare environment, including policy, regulatory, and market trends, to identify opportunities and risks for our products.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as health economics, public health, or business administration.
* minimum of 10 years of experience in market access, pricing, reimbursement, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
* in-depth knowledge of the mexican healthcare system, including regulatory and institutional environments.
* proven track record of successful negotiations with payers and government bodies.
