location - remote – mexico - must be fluent in spanish & english (written & verbal)
must be able to work est time zone
ideally someone with a passport who can travel to miami for 1 week onboarding at the head office
it would be a huge benefit if you had the capability to manage your own taxes & work full-time as an independent contractor - however this is not a deal breaker

we are a fast-growing international recruitment business seeking a senior contracts manager to take ownership of client and candidate contracts across multiple markets. This role is critical to ensuring commercial protection, compliance, and scalability as the business continues to expand globally. The ideal candidate brings recruitment industry experience, strong commercial judgement, and hands-on expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and risk management. You will work closely with senior leadership, compliance, and operations, and act as a trusted commercial partner to the business.
Key responsibilities
contract management & negotiation
draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of recruitment-related contracts, including:
client terms & conditions
master service agreements (msas)
permanent and contract placement agreements
vendor and supplier agreements
lead commercial negotiations with clients and partners, balancing risk mitigation with business growth.
Ensure contracts align with internal policies, pricing models, and commercial strategy.
Recruitment & commercial support
act as a subject matter expert on recruitment contracts and deal structures.
