Experience in labor law, commercial law, penal law, and administrative law is desirable. Experience in coordination with external law firms, knowledge of the applicable regulations for specialized services (repse), social security-labor, and fluent english language skills.

responsibilities
1. litigation:
o attend, follow up, and coordinate labor, commercial, penal, and administrative lawsuits with external law firms in various locations.
o implement projects to reduce the number or contingency of lawsuits.
o attend to criminal complaints related to fake websites, theft of units, equipment, and phones.
o follow up on child support demands from employees, ensuring compliance with authorities.
2. authority requirements:
o follow up on requirements from authorities, including competition law, labor, and stps inspections.
o manage complaints and processes before profeco.
3. payments:
o process payments to external law firms handling ogc matters.
4. consultations:
o serve as a point of contact for departments such as human resources, labor relations, purchasing, and company cars, providing legal advice on labor law and related initiatives.
5. agreements, contracts, and others:
o draft, review, or renew agreements and contracts for departments, including service provision and repse.
o register contracts in the system.
o prepare reports and presentations for management.
