Position overview as a community association manager you will manage the following: fully remote community manager supports a portfolio of financial only accounts or smaller client accounts where meetings can be attended virtually. Oversee all matters related to the function of a community, i.e., maintenance, vendor follow‑up, and client interface. Act as a liaison between the board of directors and residents in the execution of established policies and the conveyance of resident requests and grievances. Provide fiscal management, including but not limited to reviewing and approving invoices, coordinating tax preparation, coordinating reserve studies, and reviewing completed financial statements for accuracy. Prepare for and attend association meetings, including but not limited to annual, turnover, and board meetings. Prepare board meeting packets, agendas, minutes, and action lists in accordance with company policy. Supervise elections and other procedural tasks on behalf of the hoa. Maintain current knowledge of governing documents, applicable state statutes, and local ordinances that apply to each assigned community.
