Responsibilities

- We\'re looking for a Sales Engineer to join our LATAM Field Sales team as an individual contributor. This is a remote position located in Mexico or Costa Rica. Reporting to the Sr. Sales Engineering Manager, LATAM you’ll be responsible for:
- Creating and delivering technical product presentations to prospective customers
- Gathering customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions will meet customer goals and needs
- Leading product evaluations and custom product configurations
- Designing evaluation test plans with customers and guiding the process to successful outcomes

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent working experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Systems integrator

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

- Prior experience with small to medium sized business accounts, or enterprise accounts in the networking or cyber security space
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting routing and switching products
- Demonstrated a proactive learning orientation and thrives in adapting to new challenges
