About the role
the
senior talent acquisition sourcer
is responsible for identifying and attracting top talent while building and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline aligned with client needs. This role supports the broader recruiting team by ensuring a positive and efficient experience for prospective candidates. Typically, the sourcer manages one or more client accounts, sourcing for a variety of roles and specialized skill sets as defined by the client. Acts as a mentor for junior team members providing guidance and general oversight.

what you'll be doing
develops comprehensive role specific sourcing strategies to meet program requirements including search, engagement, personalization, content creation, etc.
executes creative sourcing strategies and techniques to identify passive and active talent pools.
builds relationships with candidates to drive effective referrals and networking strategies to identify top talent.
may conduct phone screens with candidates and determines advancement in process.
serves as key point of contact for guidance on industry best practices and client specific training to less experience team members.
reviews and presents market landscape and competitor analysis to program teams.
forecasts future hiring needs and proactive sourcing potential hires.
participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
about you
education and experience requirements:
minimum three (3) years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
previous experience utilizing a candidate relationship management (crm) and/or human resources information systems (hris) is preferred.
knowledge, skills & abilities:
fluency in english and spanish required.
experience leading and/or mentoring others.
ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
knowledge of and the ability to apply the principles, best practices, and standards of recruiting.
advanced proficiency with electronic recruiting resources, such as customer relationship management (crm) tools, applicant tracking systems (ats), and job boards.
expert knowledge of the internet, search engines, networking sites, job boards, and industry associations/niche web sites.
proficient with microsoft office products, such as word, excel, powerpoint, and outlook.
