Panorama mortgage group – business development manager
key responsibilities:

carry out overall recruiting strategy for the brand.
Call prospective loan officers, build relationships geared towards bringing the best and brightest on board.
Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board boards and/or other recruiting sites.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, abilities, experience, and aptitudes.
Conduct comprehensive structured and structured behavioral interviews.
Mentor new loan officers to become fully integrated with the brand.
Provide status update reports to the business development team.
Able to comply with the policies and procedures outlined in the company handbook.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

key responsibilities:

work closely with the business development manager, chief revenue officer and amber's leadership on implementing the company's growth plans to drive the best possible business outcomes.
Prospect the market and attend industry events as necessary in order to identify new business leads.
Analyze and qualify business opportunities to generate new revenue.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and partners.
Present the value proposition of the company's products or services, negotiate agreements, collaborate with operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Send reports / status updates to relevant stakeholders within the company.
Travel to visit clients and attend conferences as required.

Skills:

bachelor's degree, preferably in business or marketing.
A degree from an english-based university is a plus.
1 to 2 years of relevant hands‑on sales experience, key contacts in the industry are a plus.
Mindset of a hunter, who always reaches the right decision maker.
Previous experience in the video games industry (in any role) is a major advantage.
Good knowledge of the games market.
