become our new brand sr supervisor for the pepsico marketing team
develop and execute complete marketing strategies driven by deep knowledge of consumer, market insight, and brand analysis connecting internal and external data to ensure end-to-end execution and contribute to sustainable brand growth.
as brand sr supervisor your responsibilities would consist of:
coordinate and execute short/long term complete marketing strategies, including omnichannel advertising (traditional media, digital and new media).
design and coordinate digital strategy with digital team & brand manager in order to provide vision and action plans.
coordinate all matters related to definition, building, and execution of brand positioning plans.
responsible of setting and executing aop analysis to further drive conclusions and strategic plans for brand growth.
analysis of category/brand information and kpis to generate reports and drive conclusions to help decision making (internal database, nielsen, iscam and kantaar).
tracking, monitoring and planning of the budget/expenses (working/non-working) and recommend action plan when needed.
responsible of a&m strategic framework for the brand.
5 years of experience in marketing roles (brands preferred).
~ basics of marketing knowledge (media plan, consumer insights, branding, product p&l, brand health, business kpis).
~ previous experience executing digital & tv campaigns is a must have
~ capacity to analyze at deep level and connect data from different sources to drive actionable decisions.
~ proficiency in english (writing and oral) is a must have
~ nielsen, excel and kantaar data management.
