Leadership Responsibility
- Part of SQM Plant without leading responsibility
- Introduce and maintain supplier quality assurance measures and activities to ensure the requested quality of the supplied parts and services.
**Supplier Quality Management**:
- Support the continuous improvement process of all supplier quality related processes, guidelines and tools by internal audits, on site assessments, benchmarking and best practice sharing programs
- Execute the consequent supplier management activities to track any quality deviations (zero tolerance for defects)
- Drive root cause analysis and enforce the definition and implementation of appropriate counter measures at the supplier to ensure that the parts and services meet the defined quality requirements
**Supplier Strategy / Cluster Management**:
- Implement the preferred supplier and component strategy;
- Initiate, lead and drive supplier improvement programs;
- Define targets and control measures with the supplier in alignment with the CA SQM business and quality targets
**Supplier Performance**:
- Use and support the data system to collect and evaluate supplier quality related key performance indicators (KPI's) and issue periodical quality performance reports and ensure that appropriate improvement actions are initiated;
- Continuous tracking of the target setting and plan fulfillment (monitoring, analysis control) in the context of Supplier Quality Management System;
- Coordinate collection of the supplier related quality related costs (QRC)
**Reporting**:
- Contribute to the supplier quality related report in the plant
**People Development**:
- Develop skills and competencies of the organization
Audits
- Perform process audits (maintenance and nonconformance) for the plant as planned and scheduled
- Secure implementation and compliance to IATF and VDA standards
- Lessons learned & read across
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor degree in electronic or electrical engineering
Minimum 6 years experience in automotive business
Minimum 3 years experience in quality
Minimum 1 year experience in SQM"
Experiences in continuous improvement, industrial engineering, production.
