- call and connect with warm leads gathered through our community outreach efforts.
- schedule estate planning consultations with families who need our help.
- confidently make cold calls to homeowners in english when needed.
- engage in conversations that matter — helping families take the first step in protecting their loved ones.
- log quick notes in our crm to keep everything organized and moving forward.

- strong phone presence - persuasive, enthusiastic, and confident.
- reliable, disciplined, and ready to show up every day with focus.
- available to call between *9 am - 11 am pst*, monday through friday.
