GlobalLogic is a Hitachi Group Company.Method is seeking a Senior Manager in the Program Management department who can sit at the intersection between internal Method product development teams and external client stakeholders to ensure constant alignment.
In this role, the Program Manager will organize and drive the team of product managers, designers, engineers, project managers, and test engineers to ensure we consistently exceed our customers' expectations.
You will serve as the project team's leader as they strategize, design, and develop custom solutions for our customers' most difficult business problems.ResponsibilitiesDrive client value through all aspects of the digital product lifecycle from ideation to definition to delivery acting as a program management consultant in a fast paced client services environment.Act as a cross functional leader supporting teams with product management, design, engineering, and QA.Lead enterprise client engagements in product delivery as a strategic project, client, and people leader.Demonstrate competency in all core program management capabilities with internal teams and clients including:Project Scoping & Delivery Workstream PlanningAgile Product Delivery (App Team Design & Management)Project Stakeholder Alignment & Initial Goal SettingProject Health Reporting & AnalyticsClient & Steering Committee Relationship ManagementProject Operations & Financial ManagementManage Cross Functional TeamsDefine scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with all stakeholders.Manage budgets for large programs and facilitate resourcing needs for effective delivery on key client projects.Create and maintain all project documentation including status reports, work plans, risk logs, and presentations.Proactively communicate project details across all levels of the organization in a clear and concise manner.Listen to clients and team member's feedback to improve the firm's holistic program management capabilities.Identify adjacent opportunities within active client projects and partner with sales on opportunity pursuits.Assist in developing project management and product management best practices to improve the firm's delivery.QualificationsConsulting environment and/or agency client services experience required.PMP, CSM, SAFE, and/or ACP certifications are a plus.5+ years experience managing large complex product development projects for enterprise organizations.Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and negotiate.Ability to quickly grasp and solve complex customer and business problems.Excellent oral and written communication skills needed to communicate with a client's organization.Travel as needed (less than 25%).
