Key responsibilities:
* develop and execute the production plan to ensure timely delivery of products.
* anticipate and mitigate potential production issues to maintain equipment uptime, optimize manpower utilization, and resolve technical and quality problems.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
* at least 5 years of experience in production, quality, manufacturing engineering, or equivalent leadership positions.
* green belt certification in six sigma (desired).
* knowledge of geometric dimensioning and blueprint reading measuring techniques, as well as safety and ergonomics principles related to process and equipment design (desired).
* understanding of quality systems and standards (desired).
* proficiency in spanish and english.
* familiarity with customer-specific requirements from the automobile industry (desired).
* ability to lead a team of 50+ employees effectively.
