we are seeking a skilled professional to lead our maintenance team.
the ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics, automotive, or mechatronics engineering and at least 5 years of experience in similar positions.
key responsibilities include:
* managing and maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
* overseeing the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
* collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
* developing and implementing preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
* providing technical guidance and support to junior team members.
required skills and qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in electronics, automotive, or mechatronics engineering.
* proficiency in plc control systems (allen bradley, siemens) and industry 4.0 technologies.
* experience with ammonia refrigeration systems, boilers, cooling towers, water treatment plants, air compressors, tpm, and electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic engineering.
* knowledge of food industry regulatory systems, iso standards, and the ability to read and interpret diagrams, plans, and technical drawings.
* excellent communication and project management skills.
