Overview we’re hiring a head of paid media & ecommerce to own performance across google and meta paid media and the full d2c ecommerce funnel. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who has actively bought media, managed budgets, driven revenue, and worked directly with customers—not just overseen agencies. You’ll sit at the intersection of media buying, ecommerce performance, and customer experience, with full accountability for growth. What you’ll do own paid media strategy and execution across meta (facebook/instagram) and google (search, shopping, youtube) actively manage media buying, budgets, pacing, bids, and optimization with a revenue-first mindset lead ecommerce performance across site experience, conversion rate optimization, aov, and retention partner closely with creative, web, and analytics teams to test, iterate, and scale winning campaigns serve as the primary point of contact for clients/customers, clearly communicating performance and insights build and manage structured testing roadmaps across creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages oversee reporting, attribution, and performance narratives (not just dashboards) identify growth opportunities across paid media, site ux, and the customer journey what we’re looking for 5 years of d2c ecommerce experience proven hands-on experience with google ads and meta media buying at meaningful spend levels strong command of ecommerce and paid media metrics: roas, cac, ltv, aov, cvr, contribution margin prior account management or client-facing experience dealing directly with customers ability to translate performance data into clear recommendations and action plans comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment builder mentality: analytical, scrappy, and execution-driven nice to have experience scaling d2c brands from mid-six to eight figures strong creative testing experience and collaboration with creative teams familiarity with shopify, ga4, triple whale, or similar ecommerce analytics tools role details location: in-office type: full-time j-18808-ljbffr
