You will provide hr full support for the business while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker hr services. You will actively engage in staffing, organizational development, and talent management. You will utilize your hr functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.

*you must have*:
- availability for the second shift
- bachelor's degree (human resources, administration, psychology or related)
- 3-5 years of minimum experience
- high knowledge of lft, labor claims, payroll processes, imss, infonavit, and fonacot rules.
- excellent english communication skills
- ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
- ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
- must be self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, and consistently take the initiative to get things done, without forced to by events.
- general service management (transportation and cafeteria)
