- * recruitment expertise*: 1+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or agency setting, with a solid understanding of talent assessment methodologies and best practices.
- * tech-savvy mindset*: proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ats), crm platforms, and microsoft office tools. Experience with recruitment marketing and social media sourcing is a plus.
- * data-driven approach*: ability to analyze recruitment metrics and market data to make informed hiring decisions.
- * strong organizational & time-management skills*: ability to handle multiple roles, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
