responsibilities
what you’ll do
* be a talent partner: work closely with hiring managers and hr teams to deeply understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment action plans that align with pepsico’s business priorities.
* find and attract top talent: use creative sourcing techniques—social media, professional networks, job boards, and referrals—to identify and engage high-quality candidates, both active and passive.
* own the recruitment process: manage the entire hiring lifecycle, from crafting compelling job postings to interviewing candidates and extending offers.
* deliver an exceptional candidate experience: ensure every candidate has a seamless and engaging recruitment journey, from the first conversation to the final offer.
* make data-driven decisions: leverage talent insights and recruitment analytics to refine sourcing strategies, improve hiring outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
* support workforce planning: provide market intelligence and hiring trends to help business leaders anticipate and address future talent needs.

qualifications
what you’ll need to succeed
* education: bachelor's degree.
* recruitment expertise: 3+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or agency setting, with a solid understanding of talent assessment methodologies and best practices.
* tech-savvy mindset: proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ats), crm platforms, and microsoft office tools. Experience with recruitment marketing and social media sourcing is a plus.
* data-driven approach: ability to analyze recruitment metrics and market data to make informed hiring decisions.
* exceptional communication & relationship-building skills: proven ability to partner with hiring managers, engage candidates, and collaborate effectively across teams.
* strong organizational & time-management skills: ability to handle multiple roles, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* adaptability & problem-solving: a proactive mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and find creative solutions.
* global & cultural awareness: experience working in multinational environments or global teams is highly desirable.
* excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in portuguese and/or english.
