- * make data-driven decisions*: leverage talent insights and recruitment analytics to refine sourcing strategies, improve hiring outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
- * support workforce planning*: provide market intelligence and hiring trends to help business leaders anticipate and address future talent needs.

*need to succeed*
- * recruitment expertise*: 1+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or agency setting, with a solid understanding of talent assessment methodologies and best practices.
- * tech-savvy mindset*: proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ats), crm platforms, and microsoft office tools. Experience with recruitment marketing and social media sourcing is a plus.
- * data-driven approach*: ability to analyze recruitment metrics and market data to make informed hiring decisions.
- * strong organizational & time-management skills*: ability to handle multiple roles, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- * adaptability & problem-solving*: a proactive mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and find creative solutions.
- * global & cultural awareness*: experience working in multinational environments or global teams is highly desirable.
- * excellent communication and presentation skills,* with fluency in portuguese.
